LCUKY CUP - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participation
- Each ticket purchased grants one entry into the Lucky Cup raffle draw.
- Participation is limited to Indian residents only.
- By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase & Refunds
- The ticket price is ₹1999 per entry.
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Digital tickets are sent instantly via WhatsApp. Hard copy tickets and special edition Lucky Cups are delivered to the participant’s provided address.
3. Draw & Winner Selection
- Winners are chosen randomly and fairly on the official draw date.
- Draw results are announced publicly and winners are notified personally via WhatsApp.
- Winners must present the original ticket and a valid government-issued ID to claim prizes.
4. Lost or Damaged Tickets
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their tickets until the draw is complete.
5. Taxes & Expenses
Any applicable taxes, registration fees, or other expenses related to claiming prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
6. WhatsApp Messaging
- By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to receiving messages via WhatsApp, which may include:
- Ticket confirmations
- Draw reminders and results
- Customer support communication
- Participants’ WhatsApp numbers will not be shared with third parties for unrelated promotions.
7. Prize Delivery
- Prizes are shipped to the address provided by the participant at the time of ticket purchase.
- Shipping for the Lucky Cup is completely free.
- Lucky Cup is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
8. Personal Data
- All participant information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is used solely for ticket delivery, prize distribution, and raffle communication.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Lucky Cup and its organizers are not responsible for technical errors, loss of tickets, or any unauthorized access.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
- Any disputes arising from participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
